they need at their preferred places, the user is the participant, co-creator,
builder and consultant, services are frequantly revaluated and updated to
meet the changing needs for users ......

Great concept for the changing world! But do you think the post print
era won't come until computers and internet acess are acceptable and
affordable to most of the library users?
